Sharlene–Monique is a singer-songwriter, and recent presenter on TBN UK programmes. You may have seen her interviewing guests at Big Church Day Out, or sharing ‘Melanated Stories’ on our insightful show about the British experience for ethnic minorities.

As an independent artist, Sharlene-Monique has toured Europe, including Amsterdam and Ireland, and performed at sold-out shows in London and Norway. In 2021, she was a supporting act for pop legend Gabrielle during a 15-date UK tour.

Sharlene-Monique continues to be a lead vocalist with the Kingdom Choir since their unforgettable performance at the 2018 Royal Wedding, witnessed by a global audience of 2 billion people. She has contributed to several of their songs, including ‘Chases,’ ‘Real Love,’ ‘Together Again,’ and ‘Be Alright,’ featured on their exclusive Apple Music ‘Home Sessions’ released in 2022. She has also appeared on prominent TV shows like The Today Show, The Kelly Clarkson Show, and Call The Midwife in seasons 7 and 8.

Her music has been featured on various radio stations, including BBC Radio London, Berkshire, and Kent, Premier Gospel, Global Soul Radio, and Jazz FM. Sharlene-Monique has performed live for Jazz FM’s Live Sessions and was a featured artist for Shure UK’s ‘Make the World your Stage’ campaign in 2022. She is currently in the process of recording an album set for release in late 2024.

In addition to her music career, Sharlene-Monique is also an author. Her debut book, “31 Diamond Thoughts Vol.1,” offers intimate reflections on topics such as relationships, marriage, friendship, and grief, providing daily insights into living a purposeful, content, and intentional life while navigating life’s challenges. She is currently working on Volume 2 of this series and is concurrently crafting her first children’s book, aiming to educate today’s children about the Windrush generation.
