Jonathan is senior pastor of City Chapel and team leader of the National Day of Prayer. He hosts episodes of Transformation Moments, TBN Presents, Don’t Be Afraid, and Praise from London.
Dr. Oloyede, originally from Britain and raised in Nigeria, is a medical doctor turned full-time missionary and minister in England and Europe. His conversion from Islam to Christianity was a profound turning point during the 1980s revival in Nigerian universities.
In 1991, while on a three-month holiday in London, he heeded the call to serve as a missionary and minister in Europe. Ordained into Pastoral Ministry in 1993, he spent 15 years in various roles at Glory Bible Church, contributing to community transformation through initiatives like Newham Health Day, Caring Hearts (for the elderly), the government-sponsored Workwise scheme, school and youth outreach, and the Glory House Football Academy.
In 2008, alongside Abbiih Oloyede, they founded City Chapel, an independent church with a mission to unite people from diverse backgrounds for the purpose of fulfilling the Great Commission and promoting social transformation.
