R.T. Kendall is an author, speaker, and theologian who pastored Westminster Chapel for 25 years. He hosts the TBN UK series Word and Spirit, Open Book, the documentary Luther’s Reformation, as well as episodes of TBN Presents, Start Your Day, and Don’t Be Afraid.
R.T. Kendall describes himself primarily as an Evangelist, followed by roles as a preacher and teacher, as well as a husband and father. With a remarkable literary output, he has authored countless books. Born on July 13, 1935, in Ashland, Kentucky, he holds a D. Notably, he served as the Senior Minister at Westminster Chapel from February 1, 1977, to February 1, 2002. He is happily married to Louise, and they have two children, TR and Melissa, both of whom are now married.
