Dr Chi-Chi Obuaya is a consultant psychiatrist working in the NHS and in private practice. He is a co-host of the TBN UK series “Forward Thinking.”
Dr Chi-Chi Obuaya knew from an early age that a career in psychiatry was his calling. His father, a Consultant Psychiatrist in the NHS, had always piqued their interest in mental health. Dr Chi-Chi received mentoring and guidance from the esteemed psychiatrist, Dr. Jeremy Pfeffer.
A graduate of the Royal Free & University College London Medical School, Dr Chi-Chi completed his General Adult Psychiatry training there. Additionally, he holds an International Health BSc from University College London and an MBA from Imperial College, London.
Currently, Dr Chi-Chi is a Consultant Psychiatrist in the Adult ADHD Clinic for CNWL NHS Foundation Trust. They also offer private consultations at Pinero House, Harley Street, and have admitting privileges for inpatient care at the Nightingale Hospital, Marylebone.
In addition to his clinical work, Dr Chi-Chi holds the role of Clinical Lead at The Soke, a mental health and wellness centre in Chelsea. Their dedication extends to helping young individuals facing emotional challenges during the transitional phase into adulthood. They have also contributed to the community by serving as a trustee for the youth charity, Camden Spear Trust, for eight years.
