Angus Buchan, a renowned South African evangelist and Christian author, carries a deeply respected reputation in his field. As the son of Scottish immigrants, his fervent faith has continually fuelled revival and transformed lives for the glory of God.

Angus began his journey as a maize and cattle farmer in Zambia. Later, he and his family relocated to Greytown, KwaZulu-Natal Midlands, where they established Shalom farm, which remains their home to this day.

During his time as a farmer, Angus Buchan started to feel a divine calling in his life, leading to the establishment of Shalom Ministries in 1980. In 1990, Angus Buchan Ministries conducted their inaugural evangelistic campaign in Ladysmith, South Africa. This marked the beginning of a series of impactful campaigns, including the renowned Mighty Men conferences.

Angus has evolved into a highly sought-after conference speaker and accomplished author. His influence extends to appearances on the 700 Club, along with his weekly presence on shows like Family Time and Grassroots.
